Our eggs

One product, done with care. Here's what goes into every carton.

  • Hens on pasture

Our hens spend their days outside on pasture, with room to scratch, forage and be hens.

  • Soy-free and corn-free

Their feed is made without soy and without corn. It's a simple choice, and one we've stuck with.

  • Fresh, locally made feed

The grain feed is made fresh, close to home. A short supply chain starts with what the hens eat.

  • Small batch

We're a small farm, so there are only so many eggs each week. They usually sell out.

Our story

At Howe Family Farm, what began as a hobby has grown into a small family farm rooted in Ridgefield, Washington.

When we moved here in 2019, we started with just a couple of chickens and a small garden. Today, we've grown into a dedicated laying flock, and our focus is simple: really good eggs.

Our hens spend their days on pasture and eat fresh, locally made feed that's free of soy and corn. We believe the best food is grown close to home by people you can know, and we're proud to be a small part of Ridgefield's local food story.

Why local matters

There's something good about knowing where your food comes from, and who grew it.

When you buy eggs from a farm down the road, the trip from hen to kitchen is short. The ingredients are ones you can name. And the money you spend stays in the community, helping small farms keep farming.

We're glad to be one of the many small farms that make Clark County a good place to eat.

We made it because local should mean a place you can name. We hope it grows into a sign people look for when they want food from Ridgefield and Clark County.
